At Dandelion Family Counselling, Sara Clark (MSW, RSW, REAT, TRE®-CT, TRE®-CP) is focused on providing high-quality counselling services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families through talking, creating and/or play. Sara will work with you to create a comprehensive plan to support your needs, whatever they may be.

Sara knows that seeking the support of a therapist can be a huge and often difficult step for many people. As a result, she offers free 15 minute consultations so that you can speak with her directly, ask questions and take the time to decide if her services or style of practice is a fit for you.

A sample of concerns Sara has experience addressing: anxiety, depression, bullying, self esteem, identity, self injury, emotional, parenting teens, stress management, trauma, abuse, culture 'shock', exploring purpose/meaning in life.

Typical Clients: preteens, teenagers, young adults, parents, families (blended, natural, adoptive, fostering), as well as, adults of all ages who are specifically looking for expressive arts therapy or to learn Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®)

• special rate for those with PDD or FSCD funding: $139 /hour
